Tried to view archived TeamStepps presentation and video and audio cut out at ~ 13 minute mark. Any suggestions on solutions. Launched on current version of firefox.
Hi Dan,
I’m not sure. I’ve watched it and it went all the way through. Please retry and if you don’t have success, I can look into it further. Thanks!
Just tried launching on internet explorer 9 with same cutout of audio & video. There was a notice bar that you had entered presentation just prior to losing audio. The audio comes back towards the end of the presentation. Maybe I should try to save the presenation and view it that way.
