Rural Broadcast

For the third year, Friday Medical Conference will be broadcasted, at 7:30 a.m., via live webcast to select rural hospitals in Western Montana through a partnership between Providence Saint Patrick Hospital and the Western Montana Area Health Education Center (AHEC).  The broadcasts will begin on Friday, September 20th.

For rural participants,each Friday session will be approved by the University of Washington School of Medicine for one hour of PRA Category 1 CME Credit™.  At the end of the academic year, physicians will receive one certificate for the entire year at a cost of $45 per physician.

St. Patrick Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Continuing education certificates for nurses are also available at no additional cost

For the rural institutions, the entire years’ cost is a nominal fee of $500.
